1. Cancellation of Event Registration

1.1. If you wish to cancel your registration for the TRON Bootcamp By Dr Sheikh Muszaphar, you must submit your request in writing to hello@tronbootcamp.com before the cancellation deadline specified for the event. Cancellation deadlines may vary for each event and will be communicated to you during the registration process.

1.2. Refunds will be issued based on the timing of your cancellation request, in accordance with the following schedule:

Cancellations received at least 30 days before the event: 90% refund of the registration fee.

Cancellations received between 15 and 30 days before the event: 75% refund of the registration fee.

Cancellations received within 7 days of the event: No refund will be issued.

1.3. Cancellation requests received after the event has concluded will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Refund Process

2.1. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days after receiving your cancellation request and will be issued via the same payment method used during the registration process.

2.2. Please note that any service fees, transaction fees, or processing fees associated with the initial registration are non-refundable.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

3.1. In the event that we cancel or postpone the TRON Bootcamp for any reason, registered participants will have the following options:

a. Transfer of Registration: You may transfer your registration to the rescheduled date or a future event organized by Qreatif Lab Sdn Bhd

b. Refund: You may request a full refund of the registration fee.

3.2. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any event cancellation or postponement to registered participants using the contact information provided during registration.

4. Exceptions

4.1. There may be exceptions to this policy in case of extraordinary circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseeable events. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
